Our approach to mentorship is uniquely tailored to appeal to the total girl. All first year R.A.D.I.A.N.C.E. girls matriculate through our 20-module program as a cohort. Each quarter of the program focuses on the who, the what, and the why of each participant’s passions and purposes. Other activities include group fundraising and community service experiences to allow every the girl the opportunity to network and give back to their community.
